Engineer – Private 35m M/Y
An excellent permanent opportunity is available for an experienced Engineer to join a 35m private motor yacht based in Palma, Mallorca.
The yacht is looking for a reliable, technically capable Engineer who is seeking long‑term stability.
The adecuado candidate will already be established in Mallorca and hold the necessary documentation to live and work in Spain as a tax‑paying resident.
Start date: Immediate
Itinerary: Mediterranean
Package: Salary paid in Euros, salary and leave package DOE
Experience / Skills required

Previous experience as an Engineer aboard similar‑sized motor yachts
Strong technical knowledge of yacht engineering systems, machinery and planned maintenance
Confident managing day‑to‑day engineering operations independently




Proactive approach to preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
Organised, reliable and committed to maintaining accurate technical records
Seeking a permanent position with a genuine long‑term commitment
Ideally already settled in Mallorca
Must possess the necessary documentation to live, work and pay tax in Spain

Qualifications required

Minimum Y4 Certificate of Competency
STCW (fully updated)
Seafarer's Medical Certificate
Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
