Experteer Overview
As a Product Manager, you will shape the strategy and lifecycle of our product portfolio within the construction formwork sector. You will collaborate with Ru0026amp;D and cross-functional teams to drive development, launches, and continuous improvement, guided by market signals and customer insights. You will own New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and ensure effective training, documentation, and market readiness. Your work will enable growth by aligning offerings with company objectives and customer needs, while influencing stakeholders across functions.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to create effective digital and promotional materials

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of formwork systems, jobsite processes, and product portfolio management
• Experience in product innovation, process improvement, and standards implementation
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive long-term product and Ru0026D strategies
• Excellent presentation, training, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and other relevant digital tools
• Fluent English; German and other languages a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and intercultural skills
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30%)
