What You'll DoLearning Initiatives & Program Coordination
- Partner with the Talent Development team to plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide learning initiatives and training programs.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and vendors,



as well as coordinate internal subject matter experts for internal trainings.
- Support key leadership and enablement programs, including our internal Manager Training initiatives.
- Track learning outcomes, gather participant feedback, and continuously iterate on training solutions.

Training & FUNDAE management
- Manage the end-to-end operational and compliance process of FUNDAE, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and full optimization.
- Coordinate training-related tracking, documentation, budgets, and follow-ups.
- Drive internal learning initiatives from both an operational and program execution perspective.

Language training program management
- Lead the coordination and day-to-day management of the company's language training program.
- Handle requests (level placement, group changes, schedule adjustments, opt-outs) following defined processes.
