Solution Architect – Pharma Technical Operations

Job Summary: The Solution Architect will provide strategic consultation for Pharma Technical Operations, serving Pharma and Diagnostics customers. This role involves defining and designing business processes, functions, and organizational structures while leveraging customer requirements to research, identify, and internally market enabling technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, Configuration Specialists, and Tester Teams to assess current solutions, define future needs, identify gaps, and recommend new technology solutions and strategic business execution improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Assess current state of solutions and define future state needs.
Identify gaps and recommend new technology solutions and strategic business execution improvements.
Conduct business process engineering and re-engineering.
Facilitate stakeholder sessions across all disciplines to identify and define non-functional requirements.




Evaluate technology solutions and conduct solution architecture research, including PoCs and PoVs.
Formulate business and logical data and solution architectures, including software, network, hardware, and integration designs.
Conduct impact assessments and develop mitigation plans for changes and enhancements.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to define long-term architecture vision and integration patterns.
Create and maintain Solution Architecture documentation.
Develop IT Strategy & Roadmap aligned with the overall strategic needs of the business division.

Mandatory Skills

7-10 years of professional IT experience.
Deep expertise in the Pharma/Biotech/Dia/information industry, including Computerized System Validation, Data Privacy, and GXP.
Implementation expertise in major applications such as General Label Management Systems.
