The role is within our Space division.ResponsibilitiesDefine, maintain, and continuously improve company PA/QA procedures to ensure quality, reliability,



and safety of products.Act as a PA expert for space thermo‑structural and mechanisms, defining PA flow‑work to meet or exceed quality space standards and customer expectations.Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with product development and manufacturing processes.Implement measures to monitor and control quality of space products during manufacturing and assembly, including developing quality control plans, performing inspections and tests, and addressing non‑conformities or defects.Maintain accurate records of quality‑related activities, including test results, inspection reports, and corrective actions, and provide regular reports to management.Lead continuous improvement initiatives for product quality, reliability, and efficiency, analyzing quality data and implementing initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma or Total Quality Management.Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels.Provide training and guidance to the PA/QA team.RequirementsUniversity degr
