As a Senior Field Application Engineer at Supermicro, you will support Enterprise AI/HPC opportunities and complex infrastructure across the region. You’ll work with customers from ground to executive levels, guiding end-to-end solution design and coordinating with multiple internal teams. You’ll ensure technical accuracy in proposals, manage risks, and help scale regional opportunities while maintaining high customer responsiveness. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping solutions for data centers and accelerated computing environments.

• Support Enterprise AI / HPC opportunities and complex infrastructure design across the region
• Lead end-to-end solution design including compute, GPU, storage, networking, rack architecture, power, cooling, and data center integration
• Perform technical sizing, BoM validation, and solution documentation for strategic opportunities




• Participate in customer-facing technical meetings, workshops, and design reviews with enterprise accounts, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Support RFQ/RFP technical responses ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal capabilities
• Coordinate with sales, product management, engineering, networking, thermal, services, and logistics to validate feasibility and execution readiness
• Identify and manage technical risks during design, qualification, and execution follow-up
• Support post-award technical follow-up to ensure continuity between solution, customer expectations, and project execution
• Contribute to repeatable solution approaches and best practices for Enterprise AI / HPC and complex infrastructure

Responsabilidades
