In this role you lead the paid search strategy for North America from Barcelona, owning campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for multiple business lines. You manage a small team of Search Specialists and align PPC with cross-channel performance goals. You optimize bidding, audiences, GDN, YouTube, and Demand Gen while collaborating with the NAM Marketing team to drive measurable growth. This is a hands-on leadership position shaping a scalable, data-driven paid search program.

• Own and manage PPC campaigns across US and Canada for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Lead and develop a team of Search Specialists with strategic direction and daily guidance
• Develop and execute bidding strategies, including automated and smart bidding
• Manage and optimize Audiences, GDN, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns
• Conduct regular SQR analysis and perform keyword optimization
• Improve ad copy, extensions, and landing page alignment for conversions
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights
• Collaborate with NAM Marketing to integrate paid search into cross-channel initiatives




• Manage budget pacing and support forecasting across NAM paid search programs
• Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Proficiency with SA360 for campaign and bid management
• Deep understanding of automated bidding strategies at scale
• Expertise in A/B testing and optimization
• Strong SQRs and keyword optimization experience
• Data-driven reporting and analytics skills
• Experience using automation to improve data, ad copies, and performance
• Proven ability to deliver PPC-driven performance improvements
• Experience with GA4, CM360, and Adobe Analytics
• People management experience or readiness to lead
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Native or fluent English
