regulatory and strategic matters linked to new products and business modelsWhat will be your main responsibilities?General Legal SupportReview and negotiate commercial agreements, primarily public concession agreements and lease agreements.Provide day-to-day legal support across a broad range of matters in multiple jurisdictions.Coordinate and liaise with external counsel in different countries.Corporate GovernanceAssist with corporate governance matters, including the preparation and maintenance of board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney and corporate documentation across group entities.Regulatory SupportSupport the obtaining of regulatory licences across different jurisdictions, as well as compliance with ongoing regulatory obligations.Monitor relevant regulatory developments affecting the business.Business Projects & GrowthParticipate in strategic projects, new product initiatives and market entry processes.Work very closely with the business, learning to provide practical,
