Having many products and countries, the operations team ensures everything runs smoothly by supervising operations across Fever teams and prioritising needs. The goal is to help Fever grow, increase efficiency and maintain a best‑in‑class experience for all stakeholders.
About the Role
The Operations Support Specialist plays a crucial role within the global operations team, ensuring smooth workflows by managing vendor communications, purchase orders, and payment tracking, and providing essential administrative support to allow strategic and analytical teams to focus on growth.

- Global Operations Support: act as the operational backbone of the team by managing essential daily workflows and ensuring our general pipeline runs seamlessly and efficiently.
- Vendor Onboarding: manage the onboarding process for new suppliers, maintaining constant communication with vendors to gather requirements and collaborating closely with Procurement.
- Order & PO Tracking: follow up on purchase orders and merchandising requests, ensuring constant alignment between external vendors and internal teams to keep deliveries on track.
- Invoicing & Payments: track vendor invoices and collaborate with the Finance team to guarantee on‑time payments,
proactively preventing any service blockages.
- Prioritization & SLA Management: analyse incoming requests and exercise good judgment to prioritise issues that pose a business risk, efficiently managing the backlog to meet strict SLAs.
About You

- 1+ year of experience in operations, support, or a fast‑paced coordination role.
- Highly organised and proactive, capable of managing a high volume of tasks, backlogs, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Versátil and solution‑oriented, with a "think outside the box" mentality and the ability to adapt easily to a dynamic, strategic environment.
- Clear and effective communicator who feels comfortable chasing international vendors and aligning with internal teams (Procurement, Finance).
- Comfortable managing operational tools, tracking databases, and maintaining clean pipelines.
