As Domain Expert for Trade in the iSHIFT ERP program, you design and deploy a unified SAP-based solution for Trade across geographies. You translate business needs into standardized processes, lead design workshops, and govern a general Trade template. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration and a simple user experience. Your impact spans master data, analytics, and controls within SAP S/4HANA, driving global shared services and reporting capabilities.

• Design global Trade solutions with best practices and governance, including template development and evolution
• Define solution customizations to minimize gaps with standard SAP functionalities and perform impact analyses

Process controls) and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
• Organize configuration, development inputs, testing, and documentation; support UAT and defect resolution
• Contribute to migration, go-live, and hypercare activities; assist knowledge transfer to AMS
• Provide functional expertise during AMS, challenge evolutions, and ensure issue resolution with partners
• Maintain reference documentation, support continuous improvement through PoCs and new SAP capabilities
• Engage in cross-project activities as Referent Expert for Trade u0026 SD topics and stay updated on SAP S/4HANA offerings
