In this role, you will grow and operate PTC's global Customer Reference Program, engaging customers as advocates to showcase business impact. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to identify and nurture customer champions and convert success stories into compelling content. You’ll manage reference workflows, interviews, and assets, while coordinating across regions and time zones to maintain an ongoing cadence of customer-led storytelling. This role offers the chance to shape advocacy programs that drive GTM value and strengthen customer trust.

• Support the execution and growth of the Customer Reference Program by recruiting and nurturing customer advocates
• Identify reference candidates via events, advisory boards, communities, and sales/marketing programs
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success,



and Product to align advocacy with business priorities
• Coordinate reference requests, interviews, case studies, videos, speaking opportunities, and peer-to-peer activities
• Assist with interview preparation, scheduling, logistics, and follow-up communications
• Maintain reference records in internal systems and improve data quality and visibility
• Contribute to internal advocacy communications to raise awareness of reference resources
• Support engagement activities for customer-led initiatives (General Summit, newsletters, user groups)
• Administer ReferenceView and related databases ensuring accuracy and alignment to permissions, products, regions, and use cases
• Manage reference recruitment workflows from intake to activation and track progress
• Create and maintain customer reference slides, snapshots, account briefs, and sales-ready assets
