At Factorial, we're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to lead our growth strategy for the Italian market. This is a key role where you will drive scalable initiatives, manage a local events and webinars team, handle budget allocation, and align closely with Sales to accelerate pipeline generation and market expansion.

What you’ll do
- Design and execute data-driven demand generation strategies to accelerate pipeline growth in the Italian market.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director: Serve as the Marketing Director’s strategic partner and key advisor,



with substantial influence on business-critical decisions and go-to-market priorities. Leverage data, performance analytics, and market intelligence to guide strategy, support executive decision-making, and drive initiatives that accelerate market penetration, conversion efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Manage inbound and outbound lead orchestration: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of inbound and outbound lead orchestration. Prioritize lead assignments based on quality, conversion potential, and team expertise to maximize revenue outcomes. Ensure seamless collaboration across teams, optimize routing and coverage models, and provide enablement for all campaigns through the right processes, tools, training, and operational support to drive best-in-class execution and conversion performance.
