In this role you will lead the Transformation stream for the DCR AI Operations programme, turning strategic AI initiatives into a deliverable, governed roadmap. You will set up the operating model and governance, align stakeholders, and drive value-focused milestones toward 2026–2027 pilot and deployment readiness. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional workstreams, manage risks, and enable scalable phase-3 execution, shaping the organisation for full-scale AI adoption. The role sits within Schneider Digital, contributing to a broader digital transformation and sustainability agenda.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Lead the Transformation stream and orchestration of end-to-end programme• Set up programme operating model, governance, roles, decision rights, RACI, and org design• Establish governance cadence from operational syncs to executive steers• Define KPI framework and drive delivery against H2 2026 milestones• Coordinate AI use case portfolio, prioritise high-value cases, and align stakeholders• Manage cross-functional interdependencies,
