Dutch Inside Sales Representative - Digital Advertising

Purpose of the role

As a member of the TP team, you will be working on inbound and outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Local Services Ads by Google. You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA.

Responsibilities

- Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day

- Strategically qualify leads and manage a complex sales pipeline across diverse markets

- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and tailor advertising solutions to business goals

- Set clear expectations and guide businesses through advanced onboarding processes

- Master regional onboarding protocols and provide authoritative guidance

- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure complete and accurate verification

- Resolve complex issues and escalate feedback through structured channels

- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment

Requirements

-

- C2 level of Dutch and English (both written and spoken)

- More than 2 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role





- Proven success in call center or high-volume sales environments

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational mastery

- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines

- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools

- Strong autonomy and decision-making capabilities

- Bachelor's degree in Business

- Experience in collaborative team settings

- Familiarity with home services industries (e.g., plumbing, electrical)
