and repair times.- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs.- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.- Develop and manage the maintenance budget.- Request and evaluate quotes when necessary.- Propose technical improvements to optimize processes and reduce downtime and/or costs.- Ensure compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations.- Enforce safety standards and 5S practices.Requirements:- Technical education or training in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical fields.- Solid experience (5+ years) in corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery, as well as team and vendor management.- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanics, plumbing, automation, and sector-specific equipment and facilities.- Experience in planning and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.- Experience managing KPIs, cost control, and interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and diagrams.- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality protocols.- Ability to motivate, plan, prioritize tasks, and manage teams effectively.- Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.- Management style
