In this role you bridge business and development teams to translate needs into actionable requirements. You will work in agile cross-functional squads to design and deliver IT solutions that support Allianz's digital transformation. You elicit, analyze, document and validate functional and non-functional requirements throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring traceability. You collaborate with product owners, architects and testers, model processes, and support implementation and testing to deliver value.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Elicit, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews and stakeholder sessions• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and specifications for development teams• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers and testers in agile cross-functional teams• Model business processes and system behavior using UML, BPMN or similar notations• Validate and prioritize requirements with stakeholders,
