Your Mission
Daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of transactions across all payment channels (acquiring, payouts, P2P, refunds, chargebacks)
Matching data between internal accounting systems and bank statements using Excel
Identifying, analyzing, and resolving discrepancies
Collaborating with the account and support teams to investigate and resolve reconciliation issues
Preparing financial reports based on reconciliation results
Participating in the automation and optimization of reconciliation processes.
What Makes You a Great Fit
At least 2 years of experience in payment systems, fintech, or banking as a reconciliation specialist
Hands‑on experience with card transaction reconciliation
Hands‑on experience with reconciliation involving payment providers, banks, and internal systems
Understanding of acquiring, chargeback processes, payment infrastructure and cash flow principles
Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Ability to work with large volumes of data, identify errors, and analyze discrepancies
Knowledge of English and Russian
