Experteer Overview
As EU Nexus Flow Manager, you will own the daily operational rhythm of the EU Nexus network, ensuring customer promise is protected across markets. You’ll lead a team to detect and resolve operational exceptions in real time and serve as the single point of accountability for day operations. You will manage inbound/outbound capacity, coordinate with site operators and stakeholders, and drive data-driven decisions to safeguard performance. This role sits at the heart of Amazon’s next-gen delivery backbone, offering visibility across EU markets every shift. You will shape processes, escalate issues, and continuously improve speed, quality, and cost in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews across the EU Nexus network to drive accountability and action on performance metrics
• Design and implement data-driven review mechanisms enabling rapid issue resolution
• Deep dive performance trends to identify root causes and drive corrective actions
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting for operational health visibility
• Define and document standard operating procedures for shift handovers across time zones
• Develop scalable standard work for consistent execution across stores and markets
• Create playbooks and guides for common scenarios, exceptions, and escalations
• Establish quality control mechanisms to ensure adherence to standard work
• Build and optimize cross-functional communication between Central Operations, stores, delivery partners, and teams
• Define escalation paths and protocols for operational issues
• Facilitate information flow across shifts and preserve context during handovers
• Collaborate with operations teams and stakeholders to resolve systemic issues
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Use data to inform capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational decisions
• Maintain up-to-date statistics and management analyses, translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Balance leadership of reviews with designing operational improvements and supporting live operations
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in people management
• Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
• Experience using data to influence business decisions
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
