and Italy.What you’ll be doing:Underwriting and growing the Financial Institutions book of business profitably, within the dedicated regionEstablishing, developing, and expanding broker and customer relationshipsExtending and consolidating our footprint as a recognized insurance partner by assessing, proposing, and negotiating insurance conditions for large and midsize projects, with a primary focus on LiabilityWorking closely with our Madrid team regarding clients and brokersAssessing risks, coverage, terms, and conditions, driving related underwriting processesWorking closely with the General Manager of the Madrid office and the Liability department, to ensure development and profitability of the portfolioDeveloping the Underwriting strategy, guidelines, standards, processes and tools as well as developing new products and updating existing ones as requiredHandling the referral businessInteracting with other functions (Business Development, Technical Underwriting
