Are you a native-level Portuguese speaker (C2) with strong English skills (B2–C2) and looking to grow your career with a well-established general digital services company? This is a full‑time customer support role serving international users in Portuguese and English.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Resolve account, service, and general support queries

- Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience

- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards

Requirements

- Portuguese proficiency C2 (spoken & written)





- English proficiency B2–C2

- Customer service experience advantageous

- Willingness to relocate to Athens if required
