and migrations• Enforce Infrastructure as Code with Git-based changes and minimal manual intervention• Own observability stack with dashboards and alerting for on-call responsiveness• Strengthen platform security including TLS, mTLS, Keycloak integrations• Collaborate with backend engineers to define container build standards and secure CI/CD (GitHub Actions)• Coordinate capacity planning, upgrades, and disaster recovery with STACKIT• Ensure auditable, secure operations in a regulated or sensitive environmentResponsabilidades• Hands-on production Kubernetes experience with upgrades, multi-namespace RBAC, and incident handling• Fluency in Helm and GitOps tooling; ability to write charts from scratch• PostgreSQL operations xcskxlj experience: replication, backups, connection pooling, performance tuning• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and avoiding manual configurations• Observability experience: PromQL, Grafana dashboards, actionable alerts• Knowledge of cloud-native security concepts: mTLS, OAuth2/OIDC, certificate management, network policies• Experience in regulated/compliance-sensitive environments (healthcare, finance, government) is a plus• English communication; German is a plusRequisitos principales•
