Experteer Overview
In this role you will build and lead a founding team of engineers and data scientists to deliver high-throughput services with near-zero latency and AI-enabled capabilities in production. You set culture, hiring standards, and technical direction from day one, shaping how the team operates and how the product performs in production. You drive the ship quality, reliability, and rapid growth of the team and platform. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong emphasis on AI integration and meaningful impact at scale.

Responsabilidades
• 8-10+ years in engineering with real-time team leadership
• able to ship and operate production systems relied upon by users
• deep technical background in systems, ML, or both
• proven track record hiring and growing engineers and data scientists
• ability to own delivery of an ambiguous, high-stakes charter
