This role is tailored for highly motivated professionals who combine strong organizational expertise with a fluent understanding of commercial practices across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (the DACH region). Compensation & Financial Incentives

- Total Earnings: Up to €30,000 gross annual OTE

- Base Salary: €26,000 fixed gross annual base

Key Responsibilities

Act as an expert growth consultant, utilizing top-tier digital marketing solutions to increase brand visibility and drive scalable corporate revenue.

- Client Onboarding: Direct the entire setup and integration lifecycle for new accounts, creating intelligent Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies built for specific market sectors.

- Strategic Consulting: Assess client-specific needs to pitch customized digital platforms that advance core business objectives.

- Campaign Management: Launch, evaluate,



and continuously refine high-impact ad campaigns to help brands scale smoothly into new geographic markets.

- Revenue Growth: Identify fresh account expansion opportunities and leverage data insights to demonstrate strong return on ad spend (ROAS).

- Relationship Cultivation: Build long-lasting, trusted corporate partnerships to drive retention, acting as a dependable guide for their ongoing digital evolution.

- CRM Administration: Maintain accurate, detailed logs of all client touchpoints and account updates within our central database.
