What we look for?

We are seeking highly skilled Senior Data Platform Engineers with strong expertise in Snowflake, dbt, Apache Airflow, Python, SQL, and Azure DevOps, combined with experience integrating Salesforce platforms to build scalable, cloud-native data and analytics solutions.

The adecuado candidate is a hands-on senior engineer who can independently drive data platform initiatives, implement best practices, and collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively within a cross-functional Agile team operating under a DevOps model.
- Design, develop, deploy, release,



and monitor high-quality software applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in planning, backlog refinement, and feature definition sessions.
- Work closely with Solution Architects to align developments with the organizations architecture strategy.
- Contribute actively to Software Engineering communities, sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, testing, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Promote continuous improvement and ownership throughout the software development lifecycle.

Mandatory requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Cloud Data Platforms.
- 5+ years of experience with Snowflake.
- 5+ years of experience with Python.
