Project Manager (Data & AI)
This is not a traditional PMO position focused only on planning, reporting and administration. The successful candidate will need to understand both business requirements and the technology behind Data AI solutions, acting as a key link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Manage and oversee data and AI projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and address potential risks or issues proactively.
Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and team members.
Provide technical guidance and support for data and AI initiatives.
Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements for future projects.
Stay updated on emerging technologies in data and AI relevant to the FMCG sector.

The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of project management, Data AI understanding and stakeholder management skills. We are looking for:

Around 5-8 years of experience in project management, technology consulting, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, digital transformation or AI-related initiatives.
Proven experience managing end-to-end Data, BI, Analytics or AI projects.
Previous exposure to real implementation projects, not only strategy or conceptual work.
Good understanding of concepts such as databases, ETL processes, data pipelines, dashboards, analytics, AI and Generative AI.
Ability to understand technical discussions without needing to be a software developer.
Experience translating business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior business leaders.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities and competing demands.
