In this role, you will be the main support contact for our Spanish-speaking gaming community, providing outstanding assistance and ensuring a high-quality gaming experience. As a Player Support Specialist, you will handle player inquiries, troubleshoot game-related issues, and contribute to creating a friendly and positive atmosphere for our players. We are looking for passionate individuals who possess strong communication skills and a dedication to customer service. Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking players through email, chat, and social media Address technical issues, gameplay questions,
