About us

Software Implementation Academy (SIA) provides software-agnostic learning resources focused on software implementation projects, offering video training, templates, activities, and 1-on-1 sessions through a self-service training platform. The academy equips professionals to understand project flow end-to-end, from requirements gathering through hypercare, and to avoid common barriers and pitfalls. Learners gain insight from both software vendor and client perspectives, making the content relevant across organizational roles and industries. Courses address implementation in agile, hybrid, and waterfall environments and prepare participants to deliver successful software projects.

What you'll be doing...

- Responsible for supporting clients through the complete lifecycle of software projects.
- Analyzing integration requirements, mapping data, configuring integration tools and EDI-API workflows, and troubleshooting issues.
- Conducting configuration or setup activities and supporting data migration and testing.
- Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to manage timelines, mitigate risks,



and ensure a smooth go-live and hypercare phase.
- Documenting project deliverables, providing user training, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve implementation methodologies and client outcomes.

What we're looking for...

- Experience in implementing ERP, CRM, or other centralized systems
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery, coordinating project activities, and supporting go-live and hypercare phases.
- In-depth understanding of common project methodologies (agile, hybrid, waterfall) and a solid understanding of software project lifecycles.
- Experience with API-based integrations, REST/SOAP (JSON/XML), and common integration platforms or middleware is beneficial.
- Having a strong focus on data accuracy and reliability
- Fluency in English is required; any other European language is an advantage
- Must be based in Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, Denmark, and Sweden.
