We are looking to hire a Digital Content Writer to join our Brand Content team. The ideal candidate will be a native-level English speaker with at least five years' experience writing content for the European market.
This role is responsible for creating high-quality long and short-form content across campaigns and social media, managing copy on our corporate website and ensuring every piece is optimised for discoverability through SEO and AI-powered search.

Must Have:
· Exceptional writing and editing skills across a range of formats, from long-form reports to campaign copy and website content




· Strong experience writing high-performing website copy with a clear understanding of user experience and digital content best practices
· Good understanding of SEO principles and how content is discovered through search engines and AI-powered search experiences
· Strong understanding of brand storytelling, tone of voice and content marketing best practices
· Ability to translate complex HR, Pay and Time topics into clear, engaging and human content
· Experience using content performance metrics and analytics to optimise content effectiveness
· Creative thinker who can generate original content ideas and identify emerging trends and opportunities
· Comfortable collaborating with subject matter experts, marketers, designers and campaign managers
· Experience working with content management systems such as Drupal or WordPress
· Familiarity with website publishing workflows and content governance
· Ability to measure content performance, conduct A/B te
