This achievement represents much more than regulatory approval. As we move into commercialization across Europe and continue advancing our platform into new surgical specialties,



we are looking for an exceptional R&D; Director to join our Executive Leadership Team.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not a traditional R&D; leadership role.
This is an opportunity to help shape the future of Rob Surgical during one of the most important moments in our history.

As R&D; Director, you will define our R&D; strategy, lead our multidisciplinary engineering organization and ensure that engineering execution remains aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

You will lead the transition from late-stage product development to commercial readiness while continuing to drive the evolution of our current platform and future technologies.

Working closely with Operations, QA/RA, Medical Affairs and Commercial teams, you will help ensure successful commercialization while strengthening the engineering capabilities required to support our long-term growth.
