The role
Our client is currently seeking a Workday Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will help deliver innovative, high-impact solutions to our clients. This is a home-based position with travel to client sites (up to 40%).
Responsibilities
Serve as a hands-on expert in Workday’s core integration technologies, including Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Collaborate with clients to gather integration requirements and design, build, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable Workday integrations.
Focus on delivering robust, secure, and efficient integrations that support HR and Financial business processes.
Act as a technical reference point within the team, sharing best practices and mentoring junior consultants in traditional Workday integration tools and techniques.
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring integration solutions align with business needs and technical standards.
Deliver high-quality integration solutions across multiple concurrent projects.
Stay current with Workday’s integration roadmap and enhancements, with a focus on deepening expertise in traditional integration frameworks.
Contribute to the financial success of Strada Integral by maintaining high client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service across multiple concurrent projects.
