Job Purpose
As a Process Consultant, you will standardize, streamline, and automate our ways of working with a particular emphasis on optimizing end-to-end processes. As our business grows and our partners needs evolve, you will innovate by creating efficient and low-touch processes while keeping required flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Standardize, optimize, and automate business processes using various tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams (IT, RPA and Celonis) teams to develop sustainable solutions.
- Implement changes and monitor their impact on business performance.




- Provide support and training to business teams on new processes and tools.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- +5 years of experience in similar role, ideally in a pan European setup.
- Strong understanding of BPM tools and optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Experience on Change Management on multi-function/country projects
- Experience on Process Mining tools (e.g. Celonis) and on AI tools is a plus.
- SAP knowledge (SAP ECC, HANA and Business Warehouse) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to converse and write effectively in English.
- Strong communication skills with different levels of stakeholders
