What will you do?
Build trusted, long-term relationships with a portfolio of German-speaking clients.
Act as the main point of contact and proactively support each customer’s success.
Drive adoption of payment and software solutions, ensuring clients gain maximum value from the available products, modules, and integrations.




Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that support their evolving business goals.
Create new revenue opportunities through relevant upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and guide clients through the adoption process.
Monitor account performance, including Monthly Recurring Revenue, Net Retention Rate, customer health, and engagement.
Identify churn risks early, resolve issues, and strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiate and close commercial agreements while achieving renewal, retention, and growth targets.
Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives designed to improve the customer experience and increase recurring revenue. Requirements
Fluency in German.
Proven experience in a quota-carrying SaaS or technology role.
A strong track record of achieving revenue growth and customer retention targets.
