For our headquarters in Madrid, we are looking for a Pricing Analyst
Mission
You will play a central role in commercial decision-making, operating at the intersection of trading, risk management, and sales. You will ensure that pricing reflects market conditions, risk-adjusted margins, and compliance with internal governance, contributing directly to portfolio profitability and the company's competitive positioning.
Functions
- Design, develop, and maintain pricing models for B2B, industrial, and key account clients across electricity and natural gas portfolios.
- Analyze the full cost stack for electricity and gas supply to customers
- Support the structuring and valuation of complex offers such as fixed-price contracts, pool-indexed contracts (OMIE), hybrid formulas, flexible contracts, multi-site deals, and standard corporate PPAs.
- Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario modeling on cost components to assess offer competitiveness and associated risk exposure.
- Ensure all pricing models comply with internal governance procedures and delegation of authority frameworks.
- Ensure the implementation of and compliance with the organization's Health & Safety, Diversity, Cybersecurity, Environmental, Sustainability, Ethics, and Compliance policies, as well as its defined procedures and processes.
- These duties may be performed as a whole or in part by the holders of this position, without prejudice to any other tasks that may be assigned in accordance with their qualifications, training, and experience
Minimum requirements
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- More than 3 years in a Utility in similar posts or Trading company
- Experience with Python
- Solid knowledge of Iberian energy market structure and mechanisms and Spanish regulatory framework
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
- Fluent in English
