In this role you will design and run cloud-native platforms that power AI-driven image processing and model workflows, enabling research and product teams to move quickly and reliably from concept to impact. You’ll work across Kubernetes, cloud services, and CI/CD to remove bottlenecks and improve scalability and reliability. Your contributions will help accelerate the development of life-changing medicines by delivering robust, automated infrastructure for fast experimentation.

This role combines hands-on engineering with evangelism to raise automation standards across the organization.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Develop and maintain robust image processing environments with reliability, scalability, and security in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Operate and optimize Kubernetes-based orchestration to standardize deployments and scale services
- Define and implement automated cloud infrastructure deployments in AWS (and other cloud platforms) for repeatability and compliance




- Shape and implement company-wide CI/CD practices to reduce lead times and improve recoverability
- Contribute to future-state architectures to improve availability and performance across platforms
- Collaborate with product engineering to diagnose design issues and remove bottlenecks through automation
- Own core automation toolchains, including configuration management, version control, and build/release systems
- Educate teams on infrastructure-as-code and automation best practices to raise engineering standards xugodme

Responsabilidades

- Experience with cloud infrastructure and platform services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Scripting skills (Python or shell)
- Linux administration
- Infrastructure automation with Terraform
- Version control experience (Git)
- CI/CD platforms experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab)
