We are looking for a Analytics Engineer to join an international data team focused on delivering business value through analytics, high-quality data and scalable data solutions. This position is adecuado for someone with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys working with data, understanding business challenges and transforming complex information into actionable insights.

Responsibilities Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights that support decision-making.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Develop and optimize data processing pipelines in Databricks using Python, PySpark and SQL.

Ensure reliable and high-quality data by defining, monitoring and improving data quality controls and validation processes.

Investigate data issues, perform root cause analysis and work with upstream teams to resolve data quality incidents.





Contribute to the design and improvement of analytical datasets and reporting solutions.

Support Machine Learning and statistical modelling initiatives when required, particularly around deployment, monitoring and operationalization of traditional models.

Requirements 3-5 years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or related roles.

Strong programming skills in Python.

Advanced SQL knowledge, including joins, aggregations, subqueries and query optimization.

Experience working with Databricks and PySpark.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Nice-to-have Experience in Data Quality, data governance or data validation frameworks.

Knowledge of traditional Machine Learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering or forecasting.

Familiarity with ML lifecycle management tools such as MLflow.

Experience with data orchestration tools such as Airflow or Azure Data Factory.

Knowledge of data visualization tools and reporting solutions.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Location: 100% Remote

Schedule: 40h/week. Flexible, with reduced hours on Fridays
