Associate Product
Manager — Service (Client Operations) Ebury Malaga Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week Do you look at a manual process and immediately picture how it could be automated? We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to own the Service product area within Client Operations, reporting directly into the domain product lead. Service is where our teams handle the client queries that can't yet be automated.
You will own it end to end - but the ambition goes further than running a great support platform: you'll connect Service to the rest of Ebury's operational systems and shape how the work flowing through it can be simplified and, over time, automated. You will own the Service product area end to end - the why, the what, and the how - reporting directly into the Client Operations domain product lead. You will set the long-term vision: how Service connects to the rest of Ebury's operational platforms, not just how it runs today.
You will define clear outcomes and requirements for Engineering, your key stakeholder - the what and the why, not the how - and drive high-quality delivery through the full cycle. You will set the success metrics for Service, track them, and let data drive what you prioritise and how you measure impact.
You will work across teams to connect the service platform to Ebury's wider operational systems, using automation and AI as tools to remove manual work where they earn their place.
You will stay grounded in a support-operations context - cases, routing, SLAs - as the starting point, always asking how the work connects to the wider platform. We’re not looking for someone to simply keep a support desk running.
Product Management: Minimum 2 years in Product for a fintech or SaaS business, launching and improving real products OR a strong operations / consulting background focused on process or service transformation, now moving into product. Comfort with case-management or CRM platforms (Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, Intercom or similar) as context for the work - not as the core of the role.
Competitive Starting
Salary with an annual discretionary bonus that truly rewards your performance from day one. Access competitive benefits tailored to your location, which typically include health care and social benefits.
Central Office: Ebury delivers sophisticated, integrated solutions — business accounts, hedging, and financing — on a single platform with a seamless workflow. To help businesses operate and scale globally. Since its founding in 2009, Ebury has always been a fast-growing leader in fintech.
At the heart of our offering is a proprietary platform, purpose-built to help businesses seamlessly streamline and manage integral cash flow. We focus on continuous product evolution and innovation to build the infrastructure for borderless growth and help our clients scale at every stage. The opportunities at Ebury are as diverse as our people, ranging from business development to engineering roles across our tech pillars.
We stand against discrimination in all forms and are against the intolerance of differences that makes us a modern and successful organisation.
