At Analogin , we combine specialty coffee with photography to create one of the most unique experiences in Barcelona. We're looking for enthusiastic Baristas who love coffee, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Available Schedules

Option A: 11 hours per week (weekends)

Option B: 22 hours per week (Fridays and weekends)

What You'll Do

- Prepare specialty coffee, tea, and other beverages to our quality standards.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist customers with product recommendations.
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient workspace.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in hospitality or as a barista is preferred.
- Passion for specialty coffee and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
