Netzon Group in Barcelona is seeking a Team Leader to join our International Team for the Travelodge Campaign. This role requires leading a diverse team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales and service targets. You will coach, mentor and develop advisors, manage scheduling and recruitment activities, and act as a role model with integrity. The position is part-time (39 hours per week) with a hybrid working model, based in Barcelona’s Eixample.
