At Analogin, we combine specialty coffee with photography to create one of the most unique experiences in Barcelona. We're looking for enthusiastic Baristas who love coffee, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Option A: 11 hours per week (weekends)

Option B: 22 hours per week (Fridays and weekends) What You'll Do

Prepare specialty coffee, tea, and other beverages to our quality standards.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist customers with product recommendations.

Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient workspace. What We're Looking For

Previous experience in hospitality or as a barista is preferred.

Passion for specialty coffee and a willingness to learn.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Positive attitude.

Fluency in both Spanish and English. If you're excited about coffee, creativity, and creating memorable experiences for visitors from around the world, we'd love to hear from you.
