Accountabilities To support the EAE GRUEMA training department in the definition, development, evaluation, and improvement of their training program assuming the arrival of the new C295 platform supporting them to build the new syllabus for GRUEMA transport course. Identify training needs for each target population. Identify critical skills, knowledge, behaviors, and performance conditions.
Identify gaps in curriculum, instructor qualification, and training support processes to aware GRUEMA. Translate operational tasks into training objectives and learning outcomes aligned with C295 operational standards. Recommend the distribution of training content across classroom, training devices, and aircraft phases.
Produce or update training material structures, course structures, and training matrices. Analyze training data, performance trends, and instructor/student feedback to recommend improvements.
Pilot with experience in training systems development will be considered OACI English level 5 in force The position will require to work in shifts, according to simulators schedule.
