As Chapter Lead for Bancassurance Platforms, you will steer the chapter's growth and align product initiatives with Allianz’s mission. You will foster agile ways of working, develop talent, and ensure a robust foundation for delivery. You will shape the product vision, collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders, and drive value through strategic prioritization and execution. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-impact, transformation-focused environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Lead, develop and qualify chapter members for agile delivery
- Establish foundations for chapter effectiveness, maintaining appropriate size and capabilities
- Create cross-team synergies and collaborate with Product Owners on future resource needs
- Model and promote Agile practices; coach chapter members in personal and professional development
- Implement personnel processes in cooperation with HR partners




- Define and communicate product vision and strategy; manage product backlog and prioritize features, enhancements, fixes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful product delivery

Responsabilidades

- Proven experience in product management and/or leadership roles, preferably in financial services
- Agile mindset with knowledge of a wide range of Agile tools and methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams
- Coaching, mentoring and mediation skills
- Expertise in the chapter-specific xugodme field and in organizational transformation and change management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is an advantage
