? Construction Project Manager ?

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to take full ownership of our residential and hotel construction sites in Valencia. You will manage complete projects end-to-end — from planning through to delivery — and thrive in the thick of active construction environments.

Landed

Landed is a vertically integrated real estate development company based in Valencia and Amsterdam. We currently have a pipeline of 165 hotel units to be delivered over the next 2.5 years. These are spread across:

4 large ground-floor warehouse conversions (locals of 700–1,400 m²), delivering 15–25 units per project

5 new-build, ground-up developments of 10–25 units each, built over 4–5 floors In parallel, we are transforming 4 commercial ground-floor bajos into 16 residential apartments. All projects are located in the Valencia area and are handled end-to-end by our own teams. What you’ll do:

? Collaborate with the licensing department to develop detailed, buildable construction plans that can be executed cleanly on site.

? Plan and sequence every phase of construction, working directly with subcontractors and specialists to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

? Source, negotiate and onboard 3–5 new subcontractors per phase (plumbers, electricians, bricklayers, drywallers, tilers, etc.) while expanding our network and maintaining our pricing standards.

? Take full daily control of the construction site: know exactly what every subcontractor is doing that week,



anticipate bottlenecks and resolve issues before they cause delays.

? Own quality control across all work throughout the build.

? Manage the purchase of all materials. What you are:

✅ Qualified architect (or equivalent) with 1–3 years of experience in architecture, site supervision or a similar hands-on construction role.

✅ Motivated to manage entire renovation and new-build projects from planning through to completion.

✅ Fluent in Spanish and English.

✅ Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

✅ Action-oriented, highly organised and comfortable with full responsibility.

✅ Already based in (or actively relocating to) Valencia and able to work long-term in Spain without sponsorship. Please do not apply if you:
