In this role you will support Madrid Operations on regulatory and local product processes, driving efficiency, controls and standardization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across EMEA and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will help ensure accurate operations, strong governance and risk management within regulatory requirements. This is an opportunity to deepen expertise in regulatory processes, process optimization and operational excellence within a leading general bank.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Execute day-to-day operational activities related to local products and regulatory processes across the branch
• Perform controls, reconciliations, four-eyes reviews and evidence management per policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain and update operational procedures to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and strengthen controls through process improvements and automation




• Support automation initiatives using Excel, Power Query, Copilot or similar tools
• Collaborate with Operations teams across EMEA to harmonize practices and share best approaches
• Assist with root cause analysis, issue resolution and implementation of corrective actions
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in Product, Compliance, Technology and Operations
Responsabilidades
• Experience in Operations, Banking Operations, Payments, Regulatory Reporting, or Back-Office environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify xqbhyrx process improvements
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, reporting)
• Ability to work with large data volumes with high accuracy
• Strong risk and control awareness and governance understanding
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Collaborative mindset for cross-location and cross-functional work
• Genuine interest in process improvement, automation and operational excellence
