In this RWE Scientific Lead role, you drive end-to-end real-world studies that inform regulatory, market access and clinical use for therapies across diabetes, transplant, oncology and more. You will partner with integral strategy leads and cross-functional teams to shape study design, data sources and analysis plans with high scientific rigor. The position focuses on turning real-world data into actionable evidence that supports product development and lifecycle decisions. This is a growth-minded, entrepreneurial role at a leading biopharma pushing the boundaries of AI, data, and digital health to improve patient outcomes.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Partner with RWE Strategy Leads to deliver evidentiary value for registration, pre-launch and peri-launch activities across multiple therapeutic areas
• Manage end-to-end planning, execution and communication of studies, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and scientific rigor
• Provide strategic scientific input throughout study lifecycle (design, cohort construction, SAP, data analysis, study reports)




• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external experts to ensure fit-for-purpose RWE generation for regulatory, market access or clinical use
• Act as methodological expert for study design, addressing evidence gaps and leveraging innovative RWE designs and analytics
• Identify and validate external data sources and institutions in collaboration with the PSPV team
• Oversee budgets for RWE studies in collaboration with stakeholders to support strategic planning and updates
• Maintain timely communication with team members and stakeholders to provide visibility on strategy, progress, and risk mitigation
• Support OneMedical xqbhyrx PSPV medical gaps within the Global Integrated Evidence Generation Plans (IEGP)
Responsabilidades
• Advanced degree in pharmaco-epidemiology, biostatistics, or Health Outcomes (PhD preferred)
• Minimum 7 years in real-world evidence generation with end-to-end leadership experience
• Strong publication track record in relevant journals
• Experience across therapeutic areas including Type 1 diabetes, transplant, cardiovascular and metabolic disease, neurology, oncology, immunology, rare disease, insulin-based therapies and alliance
