You will design, build, and maintain scalable Java backends that power both internal and external apps. In a cross-functional, agile team, you’ll implement robust RESTful APIs and leverage Spring Boot to deliver reliable services. You’ll optimize performance, uphold code quality, and contribute to DevOps practices for operations and monitoring. This role offers collaboration with frontend teams and opportunities to grow into full-stack areas. You will be part of a mission-driven environment focused on customer value and continuous improvement.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for internal and external applications
• Work in an agile, self-organized team and collaborate effectively
• Develop new backend features using Java and Spring Boot
• Maintain and improve existing services for performance and reliability
• Design, implement, and evolve RESTful APIs for frontend and system integration
• Write clean, maintainable code following team standards
• Contribute to planning, refinement, reviews, operations, and continuous improvement




• Collaborate with frontend developers for data flows and API contracts
• Implement and maintain unit, integration, and component tests
• Share responsibility for operations/maintenance within a DevOps mindset

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Computer Science or Software Engineering or comparable practical experience
• Around 3-5 years of Java backend experience in production
• Strong Spring Boot (3.x) and Spring modules (Data, Integration, Batch, Security)
• Solid JPA/Hibernate data access design
• Experience with RESTful APIs in microservice contexts xqbhyrx
• SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and data modeling
• Experience with unit/integration testing (JUnit)
• Familiarity with microservices and cloud architectures
• Docker experience; Kubernetes a plus
• JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA or similar IDE
• Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
• Strong Spanish and English communication
