In this role you will drive inclusive, barrier-free experiences across Schneider Electric’s digital products. You’ll lead accessibility governance, audits, and education to embed WCAG-aligned practices. You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure accessibility is a core part of the digital lifecycle. This position offers a chance to scale inclusive design and impact user experiences for a global audience.

Responsabilidades
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 and related regulations (ADA, Section 508, EU Directive)
• Experience performing accessibility audits using automated and manual assistive technologies
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript xqbhyrx and their impact on accessibility
• Understanding of usability and user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Accessibility certifications such as CPACC or WAS are a plus
