As Creative Strategist, you translate audience insights, cultural trends, and business objectives into social-first creative strategies. You will shape content territories, narratives, and briefs that inspire creative teams and drive brand impact. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure platform-native, business-aligned proposals. This role offers the opportunity to influence content strategy, platform evolution, and the digital funnel at scale.

- Develop creative briefs for content teams and video producers
- Create concept cards, creative principles, and platform guidelines
- Advise on platform evolution, formats, and audience behaviors




- Ensure ideas respond to audience needs and brand positioning
- Support content calendars by establishing priorities and themes

Responsabilidades

- Around 4 years of experience in creative strategy, social media, digital marketing or agency environments
- Strong understanding of social media ecosystems, especially TikTok and Instagram
- Ability to transform data, audience insights and cultural trends into creative strategies
- Experience developing content strategies and xugodme defining creative territories
- Ability to prepare clear, inspiring and actionable creative briefs
- Strategic mindset with strong creative sensibility
- Understanding of brand strategy, content strategy and the digital funnel
- Ability to connect business objectives with communication opportunities and creative ideas
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- High level of English (meetings conducted in English)
