As a Customer Representative, you will: Respond to customer inquiries via chat and social media channels .

Provide professional, solution-oriented support about products, orders, and services. Focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience every time. Follow project processes and procedures. Native or fluent Norwegian speaker.

Fluent in English (spoken and written). A positive attitude and motivation to provide great customer service. Full-time, permanent contract (39h/week). ~ Monday–Friday between 08:00–18:00, Saturday 09:00–17:00 (with two weekends off per month ). ~ Relocation support if needed. ~23 paid vacation days per year (based on full-time employment). ~ Modern, spacious office in Benalmádena – just minutes from the beach. ~ Fun social events and a great international team atmosphere.
