We are now looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join the team in Barcelona . You’ll become part of an international environment where you’ll support customers, provide technical guidance, and ensure an outstanding service experience.

What you will do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

- Handle customer calls through the CRM agent portal.
- Create quotations and process orders using the SAP system.
- Communicate delivery times and updates to customers.
- Offer basic product advice based on customer needs (catalogue knowledge).
- Provide first-level technical assistance and help customers identify the right products and services.

What we are looking for

You are a great match if you:

- Are a native or proficient Danish speaker with advanced English skills .




- Have completed at least high school education.
- Have an interest in the technical field and are motivated to commit to the project for at least two years.
- Are customer-oriented , have strong communication skills, and a commercial mindset.
- Enjoy problem-solving and delivering a high level of service.
