Day/Evening Receptionist — Anfitrión Marbella

Location: Nueva Andalucía, Marbella (29660)

Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week (may include weekends)

Shifts: 08:00 to 16:00 or 16:00 to 00:00

Contract Type: Onsite, presential position

Salary: €1,600 gross per month plus various incentives

Start Date: Immediate availability preferred

Important: this position requires candidates to already be living in Marbella or the surrounding area (Nueva Andalucía, San Pedro, Puerto Banús, or nearby). As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of Anfitrión Marbella, ensuring that every guest feels personally attended to and genuinely cared for. You will manage both day and evening shifts within a small, professional team that values calm efficiency, communication, and sensitivity to guests' needs.

Key Responsibilities Guest Experience and Front Desk

You will welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process. You'll provide detailed information about the property, the art pieces on display, and the surrounding area, including restaurants, culture, shopping,



and events. You'll handle guest requests promptly and discreetly, maintaining the brand's serene and elegant tone, anticipate guest needs so every detail of their stay exceeds expectations, and assist with special requests, transfers, reservations, and room arrangements.

Operational Tasks

Daily responsibilities include managing reception operations during your assigned shift, answering phone calls, emails, and messages with precision and grace, and recording and reporting maintenance issues, lost and found items, or incidents promptly. You will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and common areas are in perfect condition, make sure all guest extras such as minibar, laundry, and transfers are properly recorded and charged, and prepare daily reports and handover notes for the next shift.

Sales and Reservations

You'll handle direct booking requests, send proposals, and close reservations following sales guidelines. You will update the PMS and OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, and others) as needed, and upsell additional services when appropriate, such as art purchase assistance, villa rentals, or events.

Team Coordination

You will collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure seamless operations, and participate in daily briefings, contributing to a positive,



respectful team environment.

Brand Alignment

You'll embody Anfitrión's core values of discretion, aesthetic sensibility, and intelligent hospitality, maintain impeccable personal presentation and communication style at all times, and approach each guest and situation with emotional intelligence, patience, and empathy. Requirements

Candidates should have previous experience in hospitality or customer service, with a minimum of one year preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and knowledge of other languages such as French, Arabic, or Russian is a plus. You should be confident using PMS systems and online booking tools, with excellent communication and problem solving skills, high emotional intelligence, refined manners, and a calm, service oriented attitude.

You'll need availability for variable shifts, morning and evening, including weekends.

Please note again: this role is onsite in Marbella and we are only able to consider candidates who currently live in Marbella or a nearby area (Nueva Andalucía, San Pedro, Puerto Banús, Estepona, or similar).
